I have always been in a Christian home where God, Jesus, and the Bible were common topics of discussion. Attending Church was always mandatory as a kid and the standard of living that Jesus exemplified was always something I was required to strive for. When I was almost eight years old I went to church camp, and I remember hearing the Gospel story and knowing that I needed to respond. I was not motivated by emotion, but by logical thought. While knowledge and logical thinking are extremely important for growth and gaining wisdom, having a deep, emotional, and intentional connection with scripture, God and the message of the Gospel is equally important. Prayer has become more important than debate and theology has become more than thought, but now influences how I live my life. I am in constant self-evaluation and my prayer is that God will break my heart and mold it, so I can see the world as he does and see myself how He sees me.​

I believe in doing everything for the glory of God and His kingdom. I firmly believe that everything we do should be done with excellence and to the best that our abilities and resources will allow. My vision is to become the best at what I do as a pastor and worship leader. Not to settle for good enough but to push myself to excellence in all aspects of ministry. I would consider myself a competent musician, and vocalist. I have the training and skills necessary to be an excellent worship leader and minister. I am coachable and always ready to learn and grow in all areas of my life. I love to work with people and find ways to motivate them to do their best. I am gifted with leadership skills and am always looking for the best way to reach a common goal.
